Marketing Division

INTRODUCTION

Marketing Division serves as a hub for the agricultural activities mainly involving the sale of agricultural products such as vegetables, fruits, fruit seedlings, agricultural technology development, agriculture know-how, agricultural courses and student internships.

WORKING AREA @ MARKETING DIVISION

This Division covers an area of 7.5 hectares which consists of:

  • two (2) structures for fruit crop rootstock and seedlings
  • plot area of seven (7) hectares consists of selected fruit trees
  • fruit trees landscape area covering an area of 0.3 hectares
  • Putra Mart (Sales Center) TPU
  • Aquaculture hatchery on an area of 0.5 hectares consists of 13 concrete fish tanks and four (4) fish ponds.

CROPS/LIVESTOCK @ MARKETING DIVISION

There are more than 10,000 rootstock of various fruit crops available for budding. Fruit crop seedlings such as durian, rambutan, jackfruit etc. are available for sale.

Aquaculture Hatchery hatches tilapia for tilapia fry and processes tilapia preserving (ikan pekasam).
