On The Job Training (OTJT) - Preparation of Fermented Fish

TPU Marketing Division has organized an On The Job Training (OTJT) - Preparation of Fermented Fish on 11 October, 2017 (Wednesday) at the TPU Hatchery.

A total of 15 TPU staffs were present for the training. Participants were exposed to knowledge and then carry out fermented fish preparation guided by the Marketing Division staffs.

 

At the end of the training, the participants were given the fermented fish which prepared by them.
