A seedlings verification session for the Plant Materials Verification Scheme (SPBT) by the staffs of Department of Agriculture Malaysia Headquarters, Putrajaya was conducted on 28 June 2019.

A total of 1,373 durian clones of D200, D197, D99 and D24 were successfully verified for this session.

This verification session was the second time held in 2019. For the first seedlings verification session held on 8 May 2019, a total of 1,276 durian clones of D197 and D168 and jambu air madu (thai king) were successfully verified.

It is expected by third and forth quarter of this year, seedlings verification session to be held again as more seedlings are ready to be verify.
